Leading into RFP season, Uber Freight’s key objective was to land more enterprise scale shipping clients. To educate and attract RFPs, Uber Freight planned to host will an invite-only summit for its top 100 customers to Increase RFP win rates and share 2020+ vision and build credibility. The concept aimed to provide a visual and structural platform that encourages potential and existing customers to make the move with Uber Freight. The statement resonates with the audience in several ways. For the attendees, it influences them to consider moving from a fragmented freight market to a digitally activated network that provides scale and reliability. Secondarily, this idea echoes the processes of transporting or moving freight.
The concept leveraged visual metaphors for movement, via media segues, and architectural forms, that would echo this idea of movement and encourage attendees to propel their businesses forward by moving into the future state of freight transport with Uber Freight. The highlight was an LED stage backdrop that had laser perforated mobile panels that allowed the stage to move and change throughout the day. The sliding panels would be cut with an event logo and a flowing pattern to represent the theme. When placed in front of the LED screen, the pierce cut section will glow from behind. The movement of the LED content gently flowing and color changing will shine through the pierced pattern and bring another level of movement to the stage.
